Salary & Perks: Earn up to £33,050 OTE per annum. Plus, earn overtime for working on Saturdays!

MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE
- Carry out vehicle inspections and assess tyre requirements
- Fit, remove, and replace tyres on BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer compliance
- Perform four-wheel alignment and adjust vehicle geometry using specialist tools
- Check Tyres Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
- Maintain productivity targets while delivering superior customer service
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to manage tyre stock and report flaws/damage
- Complete tyre safety checks and ensure manufacturer & health and safety standards are met
- Keep tools, equipment, and the workshop clean, safe, and well-maintained
YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for someone with:

✔ Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or Vehicle Technician in a garage or fast-fit workshop ✔ A valid UK driving licence in a clean status ✔ Eligibility to work in the UK ✔ A proactive, adaptable attitude, keen to support colleagues ✔ High attention to detail and accuracy in manual tasks ✔ Excellent manual dexterity and proficient driving skills
WORKING HOURS
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday: Rotational (as scheduled)
