The Main Duties of the Role
- Carry out vehicle inspections and assess tyre requirements
- Fit, remove, and replace tyres on BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform four-wheel alignment and adjust vehicle geometry using specialist equipment. Check TPMS
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while delivering excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to manage tyre stock and report any losses or damage
- Complete tyre safety checks and ensure all work meets manufacturer and health & safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshops to ensure they remain clean, safe, and well functioned
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or Vehicle Technician in a garage or fast-fit workshop
- UK work eligibility and a valid, clean UK driving licence
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent manual dexterity and proficient driving skills
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday hours are on a rota.
