The Main Duties of the Role
- Carry out vehicle inspections and assess tyre requirements
- Fit, remove and replace tyres on BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform four-wheel alignment and adjust vehicle geometry using specialist equipment while checking TPMS
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while delivering excellent customer service
- Work closely with the Parts Department to manage tyre stock and report losses or damage
- Complete tyre safety checks and ensure all work meets manufacturer and health & safety standards
- Ensure tools, equipment, and the workshop are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or Vehicle Technician in a garage or fast-fit workshop environment
- Eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid, clean UK Driving Licence
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and proficient driving skills

- Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Saturdays (rota-based)
