The Role

The Academi Coach U15 Girls will lead the day-to-day coaching and development of players within the U15 Girls age group, delivering a high-quality, female-centred training and match environment aligned to FAW Academi standards and Wrexham AFC Women's long-term development vision.

The post holder will play a key role in bringing the Academi's player development framework to life on the training pitch and on match day, working closely with the Academi Technical Lead to ensure alignment of playing philosophy, development principles, and performance language across the pathway.

Main Responsibilities:

Coaching Delivery & Session Design

  • Plan and deliver training sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the U15 Girls age group, aligned to the Academi player development framework and Wrexham AFC Women's playing philosophy.
  • Design sessions that develop players technically, tactically, physically and psychologically, appropriate to the U15 age group.
  • Adapt session content in response to individual player development plans (IDPs) and observed learning needs.

Player Development & Pathway

  • Contribute to individual player development plans (IDPs) for all players within the U15 age group.
  • Support players' progression within the Academi pathway and help identify players ready for exposure to older age groups or first-team environments.
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback to players to support their ongoing development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
