SUMMARY

UAV Talent is seeking skilled, level-headed Remote Pilots to run critical UAS operations. You will be central to every mission: overseeing live flights, solving problems in real time and holding the line on safety and compliance.

Expect to spend around half your time in the field across the UK and Europe, working hands-on with advanced UAV platforms in complex, real-world conditions. From live deployments to feeding back on system performance, you will directly shape how the next generation of UAV capability develops.

This role is open to experienced UAS pilots and to licensed crewed pilots looking to move across into unmanned aviation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) in executing live UAS missions
  • Conduct all flight operations safely, within regulatory compliance and fully documented
  • Lead safety procedures before, during and after every flight
  • Troubleshoot and provide direct support during emergencies or technical issues
  • Coach and support junior operators, embedding best practice
  • Feed operational insight back into product development
  • Maintain proficiency and readiness across all key platforms

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
