What is the role responsible for?
The UCaaS Implementation Engineer will be responsible for completing the design and implementation of standard UCaaS solutions utilising Gamma's Cloud Platforms such as MS Teams Operator Connect and Direct Routing, Horizon and Cisco Webex.
The role is suitable for candidates that want to progress into the deployment and implementation side of UCaaS. It will also provide candidates with the opportunity to learn and grow with hands on training and shadowing on complex Microsoft Teams Solutions, for example.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Deployment of projects focused around the Gamma UCaaS portfolio including Microsoft Teams using Operator Connect and Direct Routing, Horizon and Cisco Webex.
- Installation and/or configuration of UCaaS environments including Enterprise Voice features and functionality, development of Call Queues and Auto Attendants, User Migration and Teams Training.
- Review and feedback on customer specified solutions for compliance to best practice.

What You’ll Bring
- Good technical understanding of Teams.
- Understanding of Gamma's Horizon and Horizon contact, would be beneficial.
- Understanding of Cisco Webex, would be beneficial.
- Exposure to SBCs such as AudioCodes or Ribbon.
- Good troubleshooting ability with hands-on IT support experience, both back-end and client facing.
- An understanding of the following Teams underlying technologies would be beneficial but not essential:
- Microsoft Azure
- On-premises Active Directories
- Windows Server
- DNS
- Certificates
- Networking
- Have experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple stakeholder levels.
- Hold the Teams certification exams and Audiocodes certification, beneficial but not essential.
