Perform required routine checks of:
- Video and audio conference (VAC)
- Meeting rooms
- Auditoriums
- Take action on identified problems, advising superiors when needed.

Log calls with vendors for faulty equipment, escalating issues as required.

Daily monitoring of:
- CISCO vendor management
- Condeco vendor management

Set up video conferencing between office campus and external companies.

Monitor and manage:
- VIP video conferencing (VCs) and events (e.g., annual/interim results)
- Auditorium bookings

Provide hands-on support for:
- Video conferencing incidents and alerts
- Log calls via Global Service Desk (GSD)

Set up presentation and audio calls in VC rooms on user request via GSD

Manage Screen Cloud screens for any failures.

Manage onboarding and changes to Cloud booking based on requests and incidents (troubleshooting included)

Manage and support the Cloud booking platform, performing troubleshooting activities when needed.

Manage the Multi-Touch Environment and assist in usage/integration testing.

Manage and review all services within the UCC team scope.

Support and maintain video walls in the office.

New MS Meeting Room Config and enable features as required:
- Equipment display panels
- Additional UCC services

Support upgrading hardware and software of video conferencing (VC) kits when necessary.
