Job Description
UF Health St. Johns is seeking a Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our established and highly respected team in one of the fastest-growing counties in Florida. About UF Health Durbin
UF Health Durbin is a 42.5 acre health and wellness campus that will advance health care services as part of UF’s regional expansion plan for Jacksonville and St. Johns County. Located in northeast St. Johns County, UF Health Durbin Park will include a full -service 99-bed hospital with a focus on acute, intensive, emergency care, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, cardiovascular medicine, and women’s services as well as a multidisciplinary medical office building. Future potential site development include the ability to expand hospital beds as well as an ambulatory surgical center, outpatient imagining and additional medial office building.

Required Qualifications
Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience. Federal DEA Certification
Preferred
Specialty License or Certification; Board certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty; Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification
