UGC Manager at Yoto

Yoto is on a mission to create paid media growth through user-generated content (UGC). This role ensures a steady supply of high-quality UGC creators, encompassing sourcing, vetting, briefing, and quality control (QC) processes—keeping production flowing efficiently without bottlenecks.

About the Role

The UGC Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing the sourcing, vetting, and onboarding of creators for paid media campaigns.
  • Ensuring all UGC is high-quality, brief-compliant, and ready for production without delays.
  • Maintaining a healthy roster of creators who understand Yoto’s brand, deliver consistently, and adapt to rapid brief cycles.
  • Collaborating closely with the Creative Strategist to brief creators, track performance, and refine processes.

Success is measured by efficiency and reliability: creams always have the right content, at the right technical standard, when needed—without last-minute chasing.

Responsibilities

Creator Sourcing & Vetting

  • Manage Yoto’s presence on UGC platforms (Aspire, Twirl, Grin, etc.) for a steady stream of talent.
  • Proactively source and outreach to unique high-fit creators—both within Yoto’s organic community and external networks.
  • Vet all prospective creators based on:
    • Content quality alignment with brand values
    • Audience fit for Yoto’s demographic
    • Communication reliability
  • Build category-based shortlists for rapid assignment (ideally 24-hour turnaround on briefs).

Creator Briefing

  • Apply structured templates/briefs created by Creative Strategy, ensuring clarity on:
    • Hook, format, technical specs, and deliverable outcomes
  • Track production timelines, flag delays, and keep brief-to-delivery timelines crisp.
  • Be the standalone point of contact for creators, offering support, feedback, and accountability without friction.

Raw Footage QC

  • Review all incoming raw footage against briefs and technical standards:
    • Check for lighting, audio, framing, and stability issues.
    • Provide specific, actionable reshoot instructions (not vague feedback).
  • Gatekeeping: Only handoff clean, ready-to-edit material to Content Creators with relevant context.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
