UGC Operations Coordinator
About Pink Shell Studio Pink Shell Studio is a creator marketing agency helping brands build content systems that get smarter over time. We work with creators across the world to produce high-performing social content that doesn’t just look good - it delivers real business results. From sourcing and managing creators to creative strategy, testing and performance analysis, we help brands build always-on creator programmes that continuously learn and improve.
We’re a small (but growing) founder-led agency, which means you’ll work directly with us across every part of the business. No huge hierarchies, no being stuck in one tiny role - just the opportunity to learn how a modern creator agency really works from the inside.
About the Role: We’re looking for a part-time UGC Coordinator to help us deliver creator campaigns for global brands.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, creative and performance. Yes, there are spreadsheets, trackers and project management involved, but you’ll also spend a lot of time watching creator content, reviewing videos, preparing creative insights and helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect.
You’ll work closely with the founders, supporting the day-to-day running of campaigns while learning how we source creators, develop creative, analyse performance and scale creator programmes across multiple markets.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, naturally curious and has a genuine interest in social media, creator marketing and what makes great content perform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
