The Role
As the Trade Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with the UK Trade Marketing Manager to execute high-quality, commercially-effective marketing activity across the UK, with a strong focus on wholesale accounts.
You’ll:
- Build strong partnerships with key wholesale clients and bring the UGG brand to life through impactful in-store and online experiences.
- Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines and strategic business objectives.
Your Impact
- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives with wholesale partners, driving seasonal brand campaigns and consumer engagement.
- Lead trade marketing projects from planning through execution and reporting, ensuring timely delivery, on-budget performance, and high standards.
- Coordinate the development and localisation of trade marketing materials for UK wholesale partners, maintaining brand consistency and timelines.
- Collaborate across UK Sales, EMEA Marketing, and external partners to deliver integrated campaign execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for campaign execution, trade tools, and partner activations.
- Organise and manage marketing assets and documentation to streamline execution across all wholesale marketing channels.
- Support trade marketing KPI reporting, monitoring campaign performance and regional insights to inform future strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement of trade marketing processes, identifying efficiencies and greater impact.
- Assist in creating and adapting creative assets, ensuring alignment between wholesale needs and global campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign updates, timelines, and communications with internal teams, wholesale partners, and agencies.
- Help establish reporting templates to ensure consistent, ROI-driven performance tracking across campaigns.

We Would Love To Hear From You If You Have
- Solid experience in a marketing role, ideally within trade, wholesale, or retail.
- A proven track record of supporting or delivering marketing campaigns and performance reporting.
- Experience managing marketing assets and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with global or matrix organizations.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
- A genuine interest in the fashion and footwear industry.
