UHNW Concierge RN – Sustainability & Affluence-Based Remote Nurse Collaborative

About the Role

This is a permanent, fully remote position that guarantees an exceptional tax-free compensation model by eliminating daily expenses. Each assignment involves unique global deployments, including iconic Mediterranean destinations such as Ibiza, Marbella, the Algarve, Greece, Monaco, the Côte d’Azur, and Mallorca.

Underpinned by leading Western-trained Lead Doctors and Physiotherapists, this role leverages top-tier clinical expertise for utility in complex healthcare coordination. You will manage:

  • Pharmacy management for the VIP client
  • Chronic condition monitoring and proactive intervention
  • Continuous 1:1 medical attention, facilitated via a double-nurse shift model ensuring agency supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dedicated, high-end 1:1 concierge nursing with a strong emphasis on preventive and personalized health management.
  • Oversee pharmacy logistics with careful administration of prescribed medications.
  • Provide clinical support for chronic health conditions including medication adherence, regular check-ups and symptom management.
  • Travel internationally, working closely within luxurious settings—always accompanied by premium accommodations.
  • Incorporate collaborative consultancy with remote Western specialists ensuring premier care continuity.

Requirements

Essential:

  • A completed, Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) – must include a 4-year program.
  • 4+ years of recent experience in high-dependency hospital wards, specifically in Trauma, ICU, or ED settings.
  • Exceptional English proficiencies – either as a native English speaker or holding a certified C1 procedure validation.
  • The ability to commit to continuous global deployments, essentially relocating to new locations per assignment.
