About The Role
The job functions will entail, but not be limited to:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Attend and may lead meetings, design reviews, working groups, and briefings.
- Perform other related duties in line with task assignments.
- Ability to present designs and solutions to various team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Requirements
What we are looking for?
The successful candidate will collaborate with team members and stakeholders from multiple groups and organizations, will design application UIs fitting user needs, and will translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts to transform them into intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Technical
- Proven UI experience.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Javascript libraries such as JQuery for rapid prototyping.
- Bootstrap CSS Framework.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. -.NET.
- Python.
- ASP.NET.
- C#.
- PHP.
- Web server-side knowledge (Apache/IIS).

Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Math or a Bachelor’s degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and fifteen (15) years of related work experience in a computer science or math field OR
