Job type: Permanent, Full Time

Grade: 3

At Currys we’re united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As the UK’s best-known retailer of tech, we’re proud of the service our customers receive – and it’s all down to our team of 25,000 caring and committed colleagues. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.

As our B2B Optimisation UI Developer you'll be part of the Digital team working on our Currys Business eCommerce experience, reporting into the Optimisation Development Manager. You'll be at the heart of fast-moving roadmap delivery, shaping how we drive Digital/eCommerce growth through best-in-class, personalised experiences - building and running experiments, then carrying winning variants all the way through to production.

You'll collaborate with Product Owners, designers and analysts to bring testing ideas to life. Transforming insights and hypotheses into real, measurable experiments using Dynamic Yield and ensuring what works gets built properly into the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the B2B Digital Product squad to ideate and develop A/B and personalisation experiences as part of our product roadmap
  • Build responsive, mobile-first test experiences using HTML5, CSS/SCSS jQuery and JavaScript
  • Work with Figma design files to implement test variants accurately
  • Productionise winning test variants by refactoring Dynamic Yield experiment code into the site's core codebase, meeting production standards for code quality, cross-browser compatibility, performance and accessibility
  • Follow Git version control practices including branching, pull requests and code review
  • Communicate progress, technical decisions and the impact of changes clearly to your team lead
  • Work with QA testers to ensure all code meets brief and quality standards
  • Participate in agile scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, standups, demos, and retros
  • Keep up to date with developments in the technologies we use

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
