Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS, along with a solid understanding of responsive design principles. Experience working with RESTful APIs, micro frontend architecture, and modern development tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is highly valued. Knowledge of DevOps practices, application performance optimization, and accessibility standards will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces using industry-standard frameworks and tools, primarily React.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to define requirements and translate them into functional, user-centric designs.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services via RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, actively sharing knowledge within the team and organization.
• Implement secure coding practices to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the migration of functionalities from legacy systems to the new platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to facilitate effective team collaboration.
• Assist in monitoring application performance and implementing optimizations to enhance user experience.
