Are you a passionate UI Developer who enjoys creating intuitive, responsive user interfaces for complex software applications?
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing technology company developing a market-leading software platform used by organisations across multiple industries. As the business continues to expand, they're looking for an experienced UI Developer to play a key role in shaping the user experience of their flagship product.
This isn’t a typical front-end web development role. You’ll be working on a sophisticated software platform where usability, performance, and user experience are critical. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
The Role
As a UI Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular and JavaScript, while helping improve the overall user experience across a complex enterprise application.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
