Position: Javascript Developer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 - $90/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize robust frontend solutions using advanced JavaScript techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital interfaces.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.
- Implement modern frontend frameworks and libraries to deliver scalable and maintainable applications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for clean, efficient code.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Requirements
