About The Role
Focus 5 Recruitment Ltd is currently partnering with an exciting and disruptive Ecommerce business to recruit a talented UI/UX Designer. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company with multiple consumer brands, actively shaping the digital experiences that engage and convert customers online. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing engaging, user-centric digital interfaces across websites, landing pages, and customer journeys. Your work will directly influence the performance of various brands by optimizing user experiences, enhancing brand engagement, and increasing conversion rates. This position is ideal for a creative professional with a strong understanding of how design impacts customer behavior and business outcomes, eager to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, creative flair, and industry experience, including:
- Previous experience in a UI/UX Design role within Ecommerce, D2C, or consumer-focused businesses
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications
- A compelling portfolio showcasing website, ecommerce, or digital product design work
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- A strong understanding of UX principles, customer behavior, and conversion optimization strategies
- Experience working closely with developers, marketing teams, and other digital stakeholders
- Excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of CRO, user testing, and data-driven design approaches
- An interest in emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks aimed at enhancing digital customer experiences, including:
- Designing engaging and intuitive user experiences across websites, landing pages, and digital touchpoints
- Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and streamline customer journeys
- Collaborating with marketing, ecommerce, and development teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
- Conducting user research, analyzing behavioral data, and applying insights to inform design decisions
- Maintaining brand consistency while customizing experiences for different audiences and brands
- Supporting website launches, new product initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns
- Staying informed on the latest UI/UX trends, ecommerce innovations, and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and effective
