About The Role
Focus 5 Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an exciting and disruptive Ecommerce business to recruit a UI/UX Designer. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization managing multiple consumer brands. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the digital interactions and customer experiences across various online platforms. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences that influence customer behavior, enhance user satisfaction, and drive conversions. You will work closely with a dynamic marketing and ecommerce team, contributing your creative and strategic expertise to optimize the digital presence of the business.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a strong understanding of customer behavior in digital environments. Relevant qualifications include a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields. Proven experience in UI/UX design within Ecommerce, D2C, or consumer-focused businesses is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is required. A compelling portfolio demonstrating previous website, ecommerce, or digital product design work is mandatory. Additionally, candidates should have experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys, along with a solid understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, and data-led design approaches. Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and digital teams are also important.

Responsibilities
- Design engaging and user-centric experiences across websites, landing pages, and digital touchpoints that align with brand objectives and user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively and facilitate development processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and enhance customer journeys through research, analysis, and testing.
- Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and utilize insights to inform and refine design strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets while tailoring experiences to different audience segments and brands.
- Support website launches, new product initiatives, and digital campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, ecommerce innovations, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design practices.
