About The Role
Focus 5 Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an exciting and disruptive Ecommerce business to recruit a UI/UX Designer. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization with multiple consumer brands, playing a pivotal role in shaping the digital interactions that define customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compelling digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and customer journeys, directly influencing user behavior and business performance.
This position requires a creative, commercially-minded designer who understands the importance of great design in driving conversions and enhancing user satisfaction. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, ecommerce, and development teams to deliver seamless, innovative digital solutions that elevate the brands' online presence. - Previous experience in a UI/UX Design role within Ecommerce, D2C, or consumer-focused businesses.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing website, ecommerce, or digital product design work.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- A strong understanding of UX principles, customer behavior, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience working collaboratively with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CRO, user testing methodologies, and data-driven design approaches.
- An interest in emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in digital experience design.
Responsibilities
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for delivering engaging, user-centric digital experiences that support the company's strategic objectives. Core responsibilities include:
- Designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across websites, landing pages, and digital touchpoints.
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize conversion rates and enhance customer journeys through data analysis and user feedback.
- Collaborating with marketing, ecommerce, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of designs.
- Conducting user research, analyzing behavioral data, and applying insights to inform design decisions.
- Maintaining brand consistency while tailoring experiences to different audiences and brands.
- Supporting website launches, new product initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, ecommerce innovations, and emerging technologies to continually improve design quality.
