About The Role
As a UI/UX Designer in this commercially aware role, you’ll focus on optimizing digital touchpoints across websites, landing pages, and customer journeys. Ideal candidates are creative problem-solvers with a track record in ecommerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C), or brand-led design. Success will lie in turning data and user insights into high-impact, conversion-driven designs.

- Industry experience in ecommerce, D2C, or consumer brand design, with accountability for performance outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing website, ecommerce or digital product design, including wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and A/B experimentation.
- Insight into optimizing conversion rates through principled design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, marketing, and ecommerce teams to bring designs to life.
- Awareness of recent UX trends, CRO techniques, and data-informed design approaches.
Practical knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
Design & Delivery
- Design high-fidelity UI/UX solutions across websites, landing pages, and the full customer journey.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to test and refine designs.
- Apply data-driven insights (e.g., heatmaps, user feedback) to improve conversions and engagement.
- Align designs with commercial objectives, ensuring clear communication of business value.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with teams including ecommerce, marketing, and development to achieve seamless execution.
- Support digital launches, new product rollouts, and performance campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends in UX design, emerg tech, and consumer behavior.
- Advocate for user-centricity while delivering clean, high-impact visuals.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000–£45,000 dependant on experience.
