The Role Overview
Part-Time Remote Volunteer – UI/UX Designer & UX Writer
We seek a passionate designer to contribute to user experience and interface design for our digital products, which align with our mission. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality tech solutions that raise awareness, promote hygiene, and amplify our cause.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual designs and high-fidelity mockups for web platforms.
- Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance accessibility and engagement.
- Collaborate on project briefs to refine UX workflows and refine user storytelling.
- Optimise existing systems to improve flow and aesthetics (available support for front-end tasks).
- Contribute to a collaborative design language that aligns with trust’s mission and ethics.

Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong skills in:
- Figma (essential)
- UI Design (mockups, wireframing, visual aesthetics)
- UX Design (user flows, usability, accessibility)
- Experience with (preferred):
- Front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or similar)
- Social/nonprofit UX design projects
- Previous work in the fashion industry or design-for-good projects is a plus.
- 5–20 years’ professional experience (adaptive, full-stack, or equipoise).
Soft Skills
- Independent and results-driven remote work.
- Fluid communicators (internal/external).
- Problem-solving mentality + innovative passion for social good.
Commitment & Benefits
- Unpaid (no salary). Non-voluntary stipend.
- Work Location: Fully remote – inspired schedule.
- Time Commitment: ≥8 hours/week (minimum 3-month commitment).
