About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our dynamic team at School Result. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in web development using languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is essential. Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP, along with database management skills in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are crucial. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications that meet the needs of our users. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Writing clean and efficient code
  • Conducting thorough testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborating with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
  • Working closely with product managers to prioritize features and enhancements
  • Participating in code reviews
  • Contributing to documentation
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our platforms
  • Supporting troubleshooting efforts
  • Providing technical support to end-users
