About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Randstad Digital UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and project management methodologies. The Digital Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and successful implementation of digital initiatives that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management or a similar role.
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, QA testers, and business analysts to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating team members and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and lessons learned for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital technology to incorporate innovative solutions into project planning and execution.
