About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team at Zaizi. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative digital solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and client stakeholders, to deliver high-quality services that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital solution development, system integration, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with programming languages including Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable digital solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and manage cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, and performance.
- Participate in system integration activities, including APIs and third-party services.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of digital solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.
