Job Description
A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...
We're looking for our first in-house UI/UX Product Designer to help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform and B2B2C mobile applications.
As part of our global Product team, you'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering from the earliest stages of product discovery through to delivery. You'll be responsible for evolving and improving the user experience across our web and mobile products, helping ensure every interaction is intuitive, effective, and aligned to real user needs.
This is an opportunity to have genuine influence. As the sole designer within the business, you'll own the design process end-to-end, helping define how design contributes to product strategy, customer experience, and product delivery. You'll balance user needs, technical constraints, and commercial objectives to create experiences that work for customers, engineers, support teams, and business stakeholders alike.
Working across SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities, you'll help shape how users interact with our products today while contributing to the future direction of our design practices, tooling, and processes.
As the UI/UX Product Designer, you will:
Product Design & User Experience
- Own the end-to-end design process across our SaaS platform and mobile applications, from problem definition through to delivered experiences
- Evolve and improve existing user journeys, interfaces, and workflows across web and mobile products
- Define the user experience and interface design for new features, products, and capabilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate solutions
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Champion accessibility, usability, and design best practice across all product experiences
Design systems & consistency
- Build, maintain, and evolve our design library, including components, patterns, design tokens, and supporting documentation
- Ensure consistency across products and platforms through scalable design system practices
- Work closely with Engineering to establish effective wireframe-to-code workflows and design handover processes
- Contribute to design standards and ways of working that support long-term product scalability

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
