UX/UI Specialist

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong UX/UI design experience in complex data or enterprise products.
  • Proven portfolio in data-visualization or analytics interfaces.
  • Experience designing within Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • User-research and usability-testing expertise.
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
  • Financial services or enterprise B2B experience (preferred).

  • Conduct user research and define end-to-end workflows.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Ensure usability and alignment with Salesforce platform constraints.
  • Support usability testing and iterative design refinement.
