About the Team
The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency. We are looking for an intern to support logistics operations manager to manage the logistics performance and seller operations in the UK.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support the daily operations of TikTok’s 4PL logistics business. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in e-commerce logistics operations, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, volume management, data monitoring, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and follow through on issues until closure.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-functional Communication & Local seller logistics issues trouble shooting
Act as a communication bridge between sellers, Business Development teams, seller Account Managers, Logistics Service Excellence teams, and internal operations teams. Understand frontline issues, coordinate relevant internal owners to seek solutions, and provide timely feedback to business stakeholders.

Create logistics weekly forecast and send to main carriers.
Use internal systems and tools to conduct order queries, track order status, and manage forecast considering fluctuations and exceptions. Analyze the order trend based on business needs, and coordinate with E-com, warehouses, LSE, product teams, or relevant operations teams to support more accurate solution and exceptions handling with last mile carriers..
Data Analysis & Operational Reporting
Assist in compiling and delivering daily 4PL operational reports. Monitor core operational KPIs, identify data anomalies and abnormal business trends, issue risk alerts, and conduct preliminary root cause analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and available to attend a full-time internship for a minimum of 12 weeks; Able to work onsite 5 days per week in the office with core team members; Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiar with Excel, including pivot tables, LOOKUP / INDEX / MATCH functions, or equivalent tools; Eager to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment; Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and respond to issues in a clear and timely manner;
Preferred Qualifications
Positive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively identify problems and seek practical solutions; Resilient, with the ability to handle stakeholder or customer frustration with empathy while staying objective and solution-focused; Detail-oriented and thoughtful, with the ability to consider risks, dependencies, and next steps when driving task execution; Self-driven and collaborative team player; Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, operations, data analysis, or business operations is a plus. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to follow up on tasks independently until closure; Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, quickly identify priorities, and escalate proactively when facing uncertainty, blockers, or issues beyond one’s control.
