Role: Content Creator / UGC Creator

Location: United Kingdom, remote
Type: Part-time / freelance with potential to grow
Compensation: Small monthly base plus performance-based commission/bonuses

About Us

Shemesh Wellness Group is a growing mental health and wellness company helping people access affordable, high-quality online therapy and emotional support.

We are looking for a talented UK-based Content Creator / UGC Creator who can help us create authentic, relatable, high-performing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, mental health conversations, and how to create content that feels human, trustworthy, and engaging.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for creating short-form video content from start to finish, including:

  • Coming up with content ideas and hooks
  • Filming yourself or other content independently
  • Editing short-form videos
  • Creating UGC-style videos that feel natural and relatable
  • Testing different angles, formats, and messaging
  • Creating content around mental health, therapy, stress, burnout, relationships, anxiety, student life, work pressure, and emotional wellbeing
  • Working with our team to improve content based on performance
  • Helping us grow awareness and trust in the UK market

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is based in the UK
  • Understands UK culture, language, trends, and social media behaviour
  • Can film, edit, and produce content independently
  • Is confident on camera
  • Knows how to create TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style videos
  • Understands hooks, storytelling, retention, and viral content structure
  • Is comfortable speaking about mental health in a sensitive, responsible, and engaging way
  • Can create content that feels authentic rather than overly corporate
  • Is reliable, creative, and proactive
  • Has a strong eye for what performs online

Bonus Points

It would be a strong advantage if you:

  • Already have an audience on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
  • Have experience creating content in healthcare, wellness, therapy, fitness, student wellbeing, nursing, psychology, lifestyle, or mental health
  • Have worked with brands before
  • Understand UGC, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance-based content
  • Can identify viral trends and adapt them quickly for our brand

Compensation

This role will include a small base payment plus performance-based bonuses.

We are open to rewarding creators based on the performance of their content, including views, engagement, leads generated, or client conversions.

The better the content performs, the more you can earn.
