Recruiting UK-based US-qualified Labor & Employment Lawyers

We are seeking experienced lawyers who are qualified to practice law in the United States and have professional experience in a Labor & Employment / Employment Law practice group. Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom and have experience advising on or reviewing corporate workplace policies.

About the Project

This project will involve creating, reviewing, and evaluating realistic legal and workplace policy scenarios, leveraging your experience with employment law, HR policies, compliance, and corporate advisory work.

Or another leading law firm with a strong Labor & Employment / Employment Law practice.

Vetting Process

  • Resume and work history screen
  • Short interview evaluating Labor & Employment law and workplace policy expertise

Contract and Payment Terms

  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
  • This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
  • Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
  • Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
  • Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
