Mercor is recruiting UK-based US-qualified Labor & Employment Lawyers for a research project with a leading frontier AI lab. We are seeking experienced lawyers who are qualified to practice law in the United States and have professional experience in a Labor & Employment / Employment Law practice group. Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom and have experience advising on or reviewing corporate workplace policies.
This project will involve creating, reviewing, and evaluating realistic legal and workplace policy scenarios, leveraging your experience with employment law, HR policies, compliance, and corporate advisory work.

- Labor and employment advisory work

- Termination, discipline, and employee relations matters
- Multi-jurisdictional employment law issues
- Employment law support for multinational companies

The vetting process involves:
