🌍 The Outbehaving Founders Circle – A Legacy of Values-Driven Leadership

🔥 Join a council of visionary leaders shaping the world’s first people-owned global venture

Outbehaving is building a new kind of life and money platform, powered by ownership, influence and fair practice.

We are creating a future where people contribute to something bigger than themselves, share in the value they help build, and shape a global system designed for society, not just profit.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a world-class movement from the ground up, with the ambition to become a globally recognised, people-owned giant.

⚡ Why This Matters

The world is facing a growing trust gap.

Wealth and opportunity remain concentrated. Athletes, creators and everyday people are often left navigating broken systems alone. Institutions are losing trust, while people are asking for something fairer, clearer and more human.

Outbehaving exists to change that.

We are building a platform that connects daily life, community contribution and ownership into one system, using the influence of athletes, creators, cultural leaders and everyday people to drive global impact.

Our vision is simple.

People contribute. People build. People own.

🚀 The Opportunity – Founders Circle

We are now forming an exclusive Founders Circle of senior leaders, Founders, CEOs, COOs, and world-class operators who want to help shape the direction of a generational venture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
