🔥 Chief Operating Officer

Lead the Launch of the World’s First People-Owned Global Tech & Cultural Platform

Outbehaving is advancing at pace.

We have a world-class functional prototype. Our MVP build is underway. Our narrative is sharper, stronger and centred on a simple principle: people should be rewarded for their participation and behaviour.

There is a clear expectation to surpass a £1bn valuation within six months of full launch, unlocking over £500m in equity value for society through our ownership structure.

We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer capable of helping build and run a true global technology giant. Think Google-level scale but designed for good - combining precision, world-class infrastructure and transformative societal and cultural influence.

The Opportunity

Outbehaving is building a global life and money platform designed to unite society and culture under one ownership-driven system.

We connect everyday people, athletes, artists and cultural figures to smarter financial and life management, while embedding long-term ownership into participation.

This is a rare opportunity to help architect a company designed for global scale from inception, with societal impact at its core.

The Challenge We Are Addressing:

  • Wealth and power remain concentrated among a small minority.
  • Athletes, artists, creators and everyday people are underserved by financial and cultural systems.
  • Up to 40% of athletes go bankrupt in retirement. 80% of our cultural icons suffer severe financial distress
  • A generation are losing trust in institutions and are hungry for something that truly represents them.

Outbehaving responds by building a global technology platform owned by its people. Every single member becomes an owner, aligned with the platform’s growth from day one. As owners, people are naturally motivated to use the services, strengthen the ecosystem and expand the movement, because when the platform grows, their stake grows with it. Success is shared. Alignment is structural. This is a revolutionary model where better behaviours pay, and where participation directly compounds both individual and collective value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
