🌍 The Outbehaving Founders Circle – A Legacy of Values-Driven Leadership
🔥 A rare opportunity for a world-class communications, influence and public narrative leader to help shape the world’s first people-owned global movement
Outbehaving is building a new kind of life and money platform powered by ownership, influence and fair practice.
We are creating a future where people share in the value they help create, where athletes, artists, creators and everyday people have greater control over their future, and where business serves society alongside growth.
Our ambition is to build one of the world’s most influential and impactful ventures. A people-owned global giant built around trust, opportunity and collective progress.
⚡ Why This Matters
The world is facing a growing trust gap.
Wealth and influence continue to concentrate at the top. Athletes, artists, creators and everyday people are often left navigating systems that fail to protect or empower them. Institutions are losing credibility, while society is searching for something fairer, more human and more representative.
Outbehaving exists to change that.
We are building a platform that connects daily life, financial wellbeing, cultural influence and ownership into one ecosystem, using the reach of athletes, creators, business leaders and communities to drive meaningful global impact.
Our vision is simple.
People contribute. People build. People own.
🚀 The Opportunity – Communications, Influence & Narrative Leadership
We are assembling a selective Founders Circle of exceptional leaders to help shape Outbehaving’s early trajectory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
