Based in Manchester | Travel to London Bi‑Weekly
Permanent | Full-Time | £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Step into a pivotal leadership role shaping and delivering a world-class brand experience. As our UK Brand Homes Manager, you will define the future of two flagship destinations for one of the world’s most admired premium spirits brands, elevating our storytelling, strengthening brand equity, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a lasting emotional connection to the brand.
You will lead our soon-to-launch Northern Brand Home and oversee our established London Brand Home, setting the benchmark for exceptional visitor experiences, driving commercial performance, and ensuring both sites embody the prestige, heritage, and ambition of the global brand.
This role demands a polished, commercially astute, strategically minded leader with a proven track record in premium hospitality, experiential environments, or luxury brand spaces. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
