About the Role
This is not a traditional sales role.
As a UK Business Growth Associate, you’ll help Preface:
- Build relationships
- Generate business opportunities
- Support international clients
- Represent the Preface brand across London and the UK
If you enjoy networking, meeting entrepreneurs, travelling within London, attending business events, and helping businesses grow internationally, this role is for you.
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Job Type: Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
You will:
- Build and maintain a strong professional network across the UK.
- Generate qualified business leads.
- Identify companies planning international expansion.
- Introduce Preface’s global consulting services to potential clients.
- Arrange meetings between prospective clients and senior management.
- Develop referral partnerships with:
- Chartered Accountants
- Solicitors
- Immigration advisers
- Estate agents
- Freight forwarders
- Logistics providers
- Business consultants
- Banks (for introductions only)
- Attend business networking events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional gatherings.
- Promote the Preface brand within the UK business community.

Client Success & Local Support
You will support international clients during their initial UK business journey by:
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assisting clients with commercial property viewings.
- Coordinating meetings with banks, accountants, solicitors, and service providers.
- Helping clients understand the business setup process.
- Following up on documentation and timelines.
- Acting as the local coordination point between clients and the Preface delivery team.

Fixed Monthly Retainer

- Attaining 30–40 qualified business introductions.
- Conducting 20 networking meetings.
- Arranging 10 qualified client meetings.
- Generating 5 proposal opportunities.
- Onboarding 2–5 successful clients.
- Submitting a monthly market intelligence report.
- Developing long-term referral partnerships.
