Overall Purpose of the Role
To support the collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide insights for informed business decisions, including creating dashboards and reports to understand trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges for Celltrion Affiliates, mainly the UK entity. To support the functioning and delivery of the Market Access and Commercial functions of CTHC UK.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis
- Lead data provision by gathering data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, wholesaler data, homecare data, IQVIA, Veeva, internal target sources etc.)
- Controller and Maintainer of licenses and data sets in company Business Intelligence tools such as Veeva (CRM/Salesforce/Promomats) and data purchasing (e.g. IQVIA)
- Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Reporting and Visualization
- Administration of product sales data reports
- Create reports and dashboards using BI tools to visualize data and communicate findings
- Develop and maintain dashboards, data models, and data warehouses
- Produce requested analyses in the cadence required for best analysing sales and performance (activity data, sales data, patient data, market share, and intelligence data etc.)

Business Insights and Recommendations
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business decision-making both commercially and operationally
- Support target setting, prospective forecasting, and retrospective analysis of data for identifying trends, correlations, and causation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Monitor business performance and identify areas needing attention
- Supporting, when appropriate, other CTHC affiliate entities in the geographical cluster (Note: focus is UK, adhoc support to other countries upon alignment with line manager)
Communication and Collaboration
- Internal Commercial point of reference relating data, forecasting, and analysis
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
- Support line manager/colleagues with creation and dissemination of business information reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
- Reporting and presenting data at internal meetings as appropriate
Market Access Support
- Support line manager with Market Access task completion, including, but not limited to, commissioning framework submissions
- Internal point of contact for relevant Market Access enquiries
- Development and support of leading colleague in other Commercial areas of the business (e.g. homecare)
- Support line manager and relevant colleagues with administration of internal processes
Work Experience Requirements

- Degree or equivalent (ideally)
- Demonstrate good business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
- Ideally experience in Biosimilars and/or Biologics sales
- Experience in data analysis and creation of business information reports
- Team player
- Ability to take direction from line manager or work under self-volition as tasks dictate
- Good verbal, numerical, and negotiating skills
- ABPI accreditation (ideally)
Core Competencies
- Ability to manage data from a variety and number of different sources, covering a number of products and therapy areas
- Ability to manipulate data using tools such as MS Excel – proficiency with pivot tables
- Ability to use other relevant software packages as required
- Ability to analyse data and create appropriate business reports, supporting colleagues as previously stated
- Ability to create reports and presentations, and deliver presentations on occasion
- Ability to support line manager with Market Access tasks
- Ability to support the business via completion of tasks as directed by line manager/senior management
