UK - Cleanroom and Packing Associate (Nights)

Corin Group is a global orthopaedics innovation business, which is head quartered in Cirencester, Gloucestershire! Across 7 units in Love Lane, we manufacture knee and hip implants that are then shipped around the world to provide patients the best possible outcomes! With over 400 employees, we are focused on precision, quality, and customer demand to ensure that we are producing a high quality product at all times. Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are now looking to expand our Manufacturing team to be able to continue to deliver the quantity of products required to meet the worldwide demand. We are therefore looking for Packaging Associates to work in our newly extended and state of the art cleanroom. Our cleanroom is a highly controlled, sterile environment that plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of our medical products for patients. To maintain these critical standards, you’ll be required to wear full PPE from head to toe - including overalls, hair covering, mask, gloves and shoe protection - and follow strict hygiene and safety protocols at all times. Shift Pattern: Weekday nights - £24,900.00 base pay + 33% shift allowance - total salary: £33,117.00 Monday to Thursday: 22:00pm - 05:45am Friday: 16:00pm - 20:50pm On top of your salary, enjoy a performance-based bonus of up to £150 per month (paid quarterly up to £450), rewarding strong output, excellent attendance and right‑first‑time results. As a Packaging Associate you will; Print labels and process all products through the packing area. Carry out quality checks on all clean room assembled products. Ensure correct labelling on all packaged products. Carry out visual inspection of coated products. Operate the Amsonic passivation line automatically and manually. Prepare shipments to send to Coating and Subcon polishing. The ideal Packaging Associates will have/ be: A good standard of secondary education or work experience that demonstrates commitment to a role. Good attention to detail. Able to follow quality standards. Reliable and committed. Happy to work on shifts and wear full PPE A team player with good communication skills.
