UK Commercial Director

Location: London preferred | Salary: £120–150k + Strong bonus structure

UK Commercial Director role for an international ambient food brand that is scaling quickly in the UK.

Brand has grown from zero to c.£15M in the last 12 months, with a clear plan to quadruple over the next phase. Listings are already in place across major retailers, more products are being brought into the UK, and the team will build quickly alongside the growth.

The Role

  • Owning senior relationships across UK grocery
  • Driving distribution, listings and in-store performance
  • Taking more control of the route-to-market over time
  • Building the commercial plan and delivering against it
  • Bringing structure, focus and commercial discipline as things scale
  • Supporting the build-out of the team as the UK business grows

The Person

  • A strong FMCG background within a large, structured business
  • Experience building brands and delivering growth in UK grocery
  • Broad commercial ownership, not just account management
  • Someone who can operate at pace but knows how to introduce rigour when it is needed
  • This could suit someone already at Director level, or a strong #2 ready to step up into a broader role with more ownership.
