Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission-Based Sales Representative. The individual in this role will:
- Identify and qualify prospective clients
- Conduct discovery calls
- Present AI Client Builder’s solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Generating leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Maintaining a structured pipeline in CRM tools
- Preparing proposals
- Following up consistently to move opportunities forward
The Sales Representative will:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are clearly understood and addressed
- Track performance against sales targets, focusing on commission-driven results
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and explain value propositions clearly.
- Comfort working in a commission-based structure, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage a high-activity sales pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic digital tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, online presentations) to manage and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, organize priorities, and meet or exceed defined sales goals.
- Understanding of or interest in AI, digital transformation, and modern sales strategies; prior experience selling B2B solutions is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a commitment to non-discriminatory and inclusive client interactions.
- Marketing, Communications, or related field is beneficial but not required if supported by relevant experience.
