𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: UK Digital Leader – UK EY.com Lead (Branding, Marketing and Communications)

About EY and the Opportunity

At EY, we’re united in delivering purposeful outcomes for our clients, helping them navigate complexities—from geopolitical shifts and evolving technology to sustainability—with confidence. As part of our global growth strategy, we’re looking for a visionary Senior Manager (Associate Director) to redefine the UK digital presence of EY.com, making our website a strategic enabler for our clients, businesses, and the firm’s future.

This hybrid role (minimum 1 day in-office in Regional UK locations) requires a proactive, tech-savvy digital leader to transform our website into a platform that delivers impactful journeys, uncovers EY’s strategic value, and maximises engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy

  • Align content and digital experience with EY’s commercial priorities, ensuring ey.com/uk supports brand and sales growth.
  • Develop data-driven strategies for website content, journeys, and SEO while benchmarking against competitors.
  • Recommend client engagement journeys and track performance against business objectives.
  • Prioritise regulatory and business-critical content requests to avoid operational bottlenecks.
  • Explore and apply AI tools for personalised content recommendations.

2. Site Management

  • Ensure product/service pages are current, compliant, and tailored for desktop/mobile users.
  • Collaborate with teams globally to maintain site structure, taxonomy, and technical integrity.
  • Manage content migrations (e.g., broken links, restructures) and optimise regulatory content (e.g., transparency reports).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
