Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for fitness?
Do you love opening new markets, winning major commercial accounts, and building high-performing distributor partnerships? If you're looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence the growth of an international fitness brand, this could be the perfect next step.
We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a globally recognised fitness brand entering an exciting phase of growth across the UK and EMEA. They're looking for an ambitious EMEA & UK Sales Manager to take ownership of both direct commercial sales in the UK and distributor relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll work closely with the international leadership team, helping shape commercial strategy while driving significant revenue growth across multiple markets.
The Role
You'll be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities throughout the UK while supporting and growing an established distributor network across EMEA.
No two days will be the same. One week you could be securing a major commercial gym installation, the next you'll be supporting international partners, launching new products, or representing the business at Europe's leading fitness exhibitions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
