About the Job: Equity Area Coach (ONEUROPE)

This role is your milestone to spread excellence across Taco Bell-owned restaurants in your designated area. You’ll be the guiding voice for managers and teams, blending straining, coaching, and growth strategies to maximise performance. Your focus? Steering standards, troubleshooting issues, and driving efficiency—while fostering a culture that wins. You’ll lead performance initiatives, manage operational budgets, and meet KPIs in guest service, profitability, and team engagement. Plus, streamline taste, food safety, and facility compliance, all while brining energy, innovation and heart to every driven for authenticity.

  • Leverage culture to drive brand performance; build, recruit, and develop world-class operators who dazzle customers and keep restaurant momentum strong.
  • Be the leader manager aspire to: champion culture, drive performance reviews, and resolve disputes with integrity.
  • Deliver top-tier guest experiences: mentor managers on resolving customer issues, auditing restaurants for consistent standards, and training teams to embody the "New Kids of Lucio" spirit.
  • Grow sales and profits: Analyse financials, allocate capital, partner with teams to crush sales targets, and collaborate with RGMs on unit-specific operating plans.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction: Investigate feedback, implement scalable solutions, and maintain food safety audits.
  • Monitor Speed with Service (SWS): Track performance and guide managers to adhere to targets—because who doesn’t love a swift, tasty taco?

Key Responsibilities

People Capability & Cultural Leadership

  • Lead performance management processes, including:
    • Feedback sessions
    • Training & development planning
    • Conflict resolution
  • Drive selfless role-modelling as a culture pioneer, ensuring managers buy in and employees thrive.

Customer-Centric Excellency

  • Train teams to resolve guest complaints brilliantly and ensure food safety meets rigorous standards.
  • Periodically audit restaurants to calibrate performance—because consistency focuses teams on what matters.
  • Champion a proactive culture where every issue has a solution (even unexpected ones!)

Operational & Financial Mastery

  • Prioritise facility upgrades and equipment, coordinating vendors to maximise returns.
  • Conduct routine reviews of sales, labour, and inventory to ensure financial health.
  • Partner with managers to beat last year’s sales—together.
  • Work with Restaurant General Managers to develop and execute unit-specific Annual Operating Plans.

Is This You?

We’re looking for coding rebels—experienced leaders ready to push Food-tech, disrupt norms, and commit to exceptional culture. No need for a strictly designated graduate role; rather, a proven track record in brilliant execution.

Requirements

  • Proven business acumen—three to five years in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail, preferably managing units with high sales/volume.
  • Strong math/analytical skill and a natural flair for tight decision-making.
  • Dynamically adaptable leadership style: rebellious yet resilient, but recognise when to dig in.
  • Copious communication clarity, resolving workplace tension, and cultivating trust within teams.
  • Exceptional with coachability, dynamism, and unshakable energy—because you live má in drive, results, and fun.
