About the Role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll drive prospecting, lead management and clientsales cycles—from needs analysis and solution validation to pilot deployments and closing deals—focusing on Inventory, Operations Execution, and Kitchen Systems across the UK & Europe territory.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles:
- Identify customer needs through analysis and validate tailored Crunchtime solutions
- Coordinate demonstrations and showcase solutions through storytelling techniques
- Plan and execute pilot programs within your regions
- Objection handling & Sales closure:
- Anticipate and successfully navigate objections in multi-department engagements
- Opportunity management:
- Secure new business and expand with existing clients
- Prioritise deal stages for gradual ROI visibility
- Market engagement:
- Conduct remote video meetings to build executive rapport
- Allegorically travel for engagements with key decision-makers
- Keep records accurate via CRM updates after each interaction
- Revenue growth:
- Repeatable performance with quarterly goals and GDPR compliance
- Amplify sales efficiency by raising the overall bar for the function’s maturity
- Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work with sales, product teams, and customer success reiteratively
- Give clear, actionable insights to attain scale both organisationally and commercially

What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
- 3-5 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably as an AE)
- Record of repeatedly exceeding quota
- Hands-on efficiency in:
- Proactive prospecting (including cold-calling)
- Persuasive communication & presentation skills
- Relationship-building in large enterprise or restaurant environments
- Direct experience with complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Talent to pivot strategy harmoniously with product/features updates
- Strong negotiation and renegotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise draining caseloads with unwavering focus
- Proactive self-starter culture with acute listening and-selling skill
- Teaching and mentoring: Enjoying empowering clients and new hires
Nice-to-Have
- Prior knowledge of:
- Restaurant industry needs (direct experience highly preferred)
- Operators exposing the gaps you’ve solved with this product
- Lens for maximising scalability or repeatability loops in inventory management
- Instances of deploying enterprise inspection stacks
