UK Finance Manager

Description
- Manage all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Lead and mentor a small team to maintain high performance standards.
- Work with external auditors to ensure successful audits.
- Proactively drive process and systems change and development.

Profile
To be considered for the Finance Manager role you should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- The ability to step into a leadership role.
