Group Finance Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Sector: Multi-site Hospitality
Salary: Circa £80,000 + bonus
A growing international hospitality business is looking for a commercially focused Group Finance Manager to oversee the financial performance of its UK operations.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Global Finance Manager and CFO, this is a broad, hands-on role partnering closely with operational teams and senior leadership. You'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, cost control, and KPI analysis across a multi-site portfolio, while driving profitability, improving financial processes, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial performance of the UK operations.
- Partner closely with operational teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications
We're looking for a qualified (or qualified by experience) finance professional with experience in multi-site hospitality, restaurants, or retail. You'll have:
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
