UK Graduate Programme (STEM) - Technology Associate

Recent British Graduate Programme – UK India Young Professional Visa Scheme

Note: Enrollment begins in India, with clients served out of the UK

A unique global opportunity supported by Infosys, the UK Government, and the Indian Government via the UK India Young Professional Visa Scheme.


About the Programme

Step into a global career with long‑term success by joining this cutting-edge programme at two premier Infosys campuses:

  • TerraHub, Mysuru (India) – Training hub for 4 months at the world’s largest corporate university (Infosys Transformation Academy)
  • Bengaluru Delivery Centre (India) – Hands-on project exposure

After heavy investment in technical and professional skills, you’ll graduate to a permanent full-time role in the UK, leveraging your expertise to drive digital innovation across Infosys clients.

As a trailblazer for the next generation of talent, the programme provides a seamless pathway from India to the UK, supported by both governments.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in spring/summer 2024 in one of the following fields:

  • STEM disciplines (Computer Science, AI, Software Development, Electrical/Electronics/Embedded Systems)
  • Academic fields with a strong transferable skillset for a career in IT

Key Attributes

✅ Passionate about technology, onboarding emerging frameworks and programming languages. ✅ Strong written and spoken communication skills. ✅ Keen to solve problems with emerging tech. ✅ Willingness to relocate to India (initial phase) and UK ( பின்னட்ட prospect).


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Initial Training Phase (India – 4 months)

You’ll gain exposure to the entire Software Development Lifecycle, covering key skills including:

  • Development, Testing, Support, Data Analysis, Cyber Security, Cloud, AI, ERP
  • Expert training in multiple frameworks and work across domains.

Work Activities

  • Participate in:
    • Functional, Integration, System & UX Testing (guided).
    • Production Support (issue analysis, resolution, stakeholder communication).
  • Progress to client-facing projects in 1-2 UK-based customer accounts.

Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrated travel readiness, including time spent in India (summer 2026) and later in the UK.
