UK - Growth Lead - Agency Sales

The Role We’re looking for a Growth Lead to join our Sales team, where you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth and securing strategic, high-value opportunities for the agency. This role is focused on generating revenue through organic search-led conversations while expanding opportunities across our wider service offering, including Paid Media, Creative and other integrated digital solutions. At Incubeta, we’re driven by results, innovation and curiosity. You’ll have the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, influence the agency’s growth agenda and build long-term partnerships with ambitious brands. You'll play a key role in helping prospects solve complex business challenges through integrated digital marketing solutions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and specialists across the business, giving you exposure to the full digital marketing ecosystem and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the agency’s continued growth. What You’ll Be Doing Identifying and converting high-value new business opportunities, with Organic Search acting as the primary entry point for strategic conversations Developing tailored proposals that combine SEO, Digital PR and Content expertise with broader agency capabilities including Paid Media and Creative Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders to create long-term commercial opportunities Leading strategic deal-making and owning larger-value opportunities that contribute significantly to agency growth Collaborating with leadership teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products, propositions and services Representing the agency at conferences, industry events and senior client meetings to strengthen brand awareness and market presence Acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the agency, showcasing our expertise and values in every interaction Continuously refining sales processes, tactics and ways of working to improve performance and drive sustainable growth Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring opportunities are effectively managed throughout the sales cycle Mentoring and supporting team members, helping them develop the skills and confidence to manage increasingly complex opportunities Implementing frameworks and best practices that enable the team to achieve new business targets efficiently Conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and supporting ongoing professional development Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across the department What We’re Looking For Proven experience driving new business growth within a digital agency environment Strong knowledge of Organic Search, including SEO, Digital PR and Content, with the ability to use search-led insights to create commercial opportunities Experience selling integrated digital marketing solutions across multiple channels Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing and managing high-value opportunities Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders Experience representing a business externally through networking, industry events or thought leadership activities Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously Experience mentoring or leading others and contributing to a high-performing team culture A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation A genuine passion for digital marketing and the evolving search landscape Our Package Salary Incubeta pays industry benchmark salaries, reviewed regularly as you progress along your career path.
