The Opportunity

Position: Growth & Business Development Lead (UK & Europe)

Join Introba’s strategy-driven team as a visibility-expanding leader to accelerate UK market growth. You will drive revenue, build strategic relationships, and champion Introba’s mission—elevating human experiences in sustainable environments.

This visionary role tears down barriers, unlocks opportunities, and strengthens the UK’s presence by closely collaborating with clients, architects, developers, contractors, and public-sector partners.


Responsibilities

Growth & Market Development

  • Map and execute strategic growth plans for Introba’s UK market positioning, targeting high-potential sectors (e.g., healthcare, education, commercial).
  • Leverage market intelligence (trends, competitors, client needs) to forecast and shape Introba’s 2–3-year market trajectory.
  • Identify untapped opportunities that align with sustainability, digital transformation, and client-centric solutions.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strategic alliances with decision-makers across developers, private equity, architects, contractors, and public-sector organisations.
  • Champion client engagement by assigning expert resources, tracking commitments, and evaluating engagement returns.
  • Convert opportunities into high-value projects through bold pursuits and tailored proposals.

Sales & Revenue Accountability

  • Maintain, critique and optimise CRM-driven pipelines using real-time metrics.
  • Set and exceed sales targets, converting pipeline into revenue through successful negotiations and contracts.
  • Ensure alignment between UK/London growth and our European expansion strategy.

Leadership & Development

  • Spearhead UK leadership discussions, contributing to business strategy, client-oriented culture and revenue forecasting.
  • Train and mentor teams on best practices in sales tactics, bid-winning strategies, and CRM utilisation.
  • Interface with Introba’s global team to ensure collaborative, data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven track record in sales, B2B, or business development with measurable growth experience.
  • Sales leader arbitrator with Decisive and therapeutic communication skills.
  • Commercial proponent with demonstrable ability to turn mid-tier clients into long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in architectural, engineering, or construction industries is strenuously considered (highly preferred).
  • Ability to connect intellectually with CEOs, such as developers, CMO’s, or customer safety panels.

Preferred

  • Technical acumen around sustainability, digital engineering, or construction consultancy.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Preference for collaborative, high-energy environments—you will excel in making differentiated proposals and presentations.
