UK Lead Copilot & Power Platform Consultant
Lead Consultant – Copilot Studio & Power Platform Solutions
About the Role
This Lead Consultant role is focused on delivering Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with clients — from C-Suite to end-users — to ideate, design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions, with a strong emphasis on:
- Agent-led experiences
- Workflow automation
- Secure enterprise integration
This is not a core data science or machine learning role. Instead, the focus is on scalable, real-world solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry (for advanced scenarios).
As a Lead Consultant, you’ll also play a critical role in shaping delivery standards, ensuring consistency, and supporting the growth of the wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead client conversations on AI strategy, architecture, data, and security
- Own end-to-end delivery for Copilot Agents, Power Platform automations, Power Apps, and advanced Foundry/Fabric solutions
- Design, build, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Own governance standards, reusable components, delivery frameworks, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) approaches
- Support pre-sales activities (including scoping, sizing, solution shaping, proposals, and Statement of Works)
- Coach and mentor team members while evolving delivery standards and best practices
- Manage team capacity, utilisation, and financial margins as the business scales

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years designing and delivering Power Platform, AI/data, or enterprise solutions in a client-facing environment
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Copilot Studio
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Microsoft Graph
- Deep technical understanding of:
- AI concepts
- Data modelling (including Dataverse, connectors, APIs)
- Microsoft 365/Power Platform security & governance
- Experience with ALM & DevOps pipelines (Power Platform + Azure DevOps)
- Proven ability to:
- Translate client needs into practical, deployable solutions
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring teams
- Strong knowledge of:
- Waterfall & Agile methodologies
- Project delivery frameworks
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Microsoft Fabric & Foundry expertise
- Azure integration experience
- API-first architecture approach
- Scripting experience (Python, TypeScript, or SQL)
